My Story

As a young woman suffering from weight and self-image issues, I had to struggle to find my own voice and confidence. I was unaware of the foods that were good for my body and started experimenting at an early age. My introduction to the science of wellness began through trial and error and I knew then that this was the path for me. Even as a young girl, I’m thankful that I was conscious of not slipping down the path of unhealthy diets. Instead, I armed myself with knowledge about what I was putting into my body and how I was treating it. I learned to respect my body and take care of it. Even with my practice today, these are the values I stand by and teach my clients to only want the best for their bodies.

Whether it’s through measured indulgence or restorative meditation, my goal is to help now extend my knowledge and support others in helping them find their balance.
